HR & Payroll Specialist with Portuguese

Key responsibilities:
- Processing of ongoing tickets from entities in scope (Portugal) e.g. a request for a change of employee personal data in the system (SAP)
- Contact with the national HR unit, e.g. clarification of an error in an insurance application,
- further processing in the system,
- Working as 1st line of HR support for employees located in Portugal (e.g. answering questions about salary, bonuses etc.)
- Creating, generating and analysing HR reports
Employer requirements:
- Portuguese language knowledge at C1 level
- English language knowledge at B2 level
- 1 year of experience in the field of HR or Payroll
- Knowledge of Portuguese labour law
Optional:
- Experience with SAP
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
