For our Client, an international company in the renewable sector, we are looking for a person for the position of Senior Accountant. The person employed in this position will be responsible for managing the full accounting of the group of companies.
Your responsibilities:
- Comprehensive keeping of accounting books
- Responsibility for financial documents workflow and maintaining an archive of these documents
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, International Accounting Standards, and Group policies for financial and tax accounting of Polish companies
- Participate in the Accounting software implementation project
- Liaising with audit, internal, tax and other controls as well as preparing data, information and explanations for the purposes of such audits or controls
- Conduct control procedures on accounting records
- Prepare the company's Financial Statements, Group's Reporting Package and other additional management information
- Calculate and declare taxes
Our requirements:
- Have higher degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
- Have 3+ years of experience in accounting Have English and Polish languages skills (both verbal & written)
- Are proficient user of MS Office programs Have analytical skills Are result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve
