Java Engineer
Role Overview:
Join our innovative team as a Backend Java Engineer and dive into a greenfield project, starting from scratch, where you'll spearhead the development of a cutting-edge warehouse ordering system. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals to build critical infrastructure that seamlessly integrates with our DAB and SAP systems. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions, leveraging your expertise in Java programming, Spring Boot framework, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Java related features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality
- Preparing technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java/Backend programming
- Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot Microservices
- Knowledge of REST
- Knowledge of the process and tools supporting software development (Maven/Gradle, Git, JIRA, Confluence, code review, CI)
- Knowledge of containerization issues (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Spring Boot
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka,
- Experience in working in agile methodologies
