Junior Accountant (AP/AR) with French
Responsibilities:
- Posting standard accounting documents
- Perform reconciliations of AP related accounts
- Preparation of payment proposals
- Vendor account reconciliation
- Ensure that all payments to suppliers, consultants, employees etc. are processed accurately; efficiently and effectively in compliance with all internal controls and policies;
- Record incoming payments and reconcile bank statements;
- Perform reconciliation of AR related accounts;
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of accountancy, finance or customer service area will be a strong asset
- Good knowledge of English and French
- University degree
- Customer orientation
- Knowledge of working in SAP will be an asset
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
