Due to the development and creation of a new position at our client's company - a firm operating in the cosmetics and household cleaning industry, collaborating with clients on the international market - we are looking for a person for the position of:

Key Account Manager

 

  • Builds long-term relationships with customers
  • Manages the Private Label and Brands client and potential customer portfolio in the Baltics region
  • Hunts for new customers in his/her scope and prepares customer development plans for existing customers
  • Conducts strategic review meetings with customers
  • Negotiates with customers
  • The analysis of Requests for Quotations (RfQs) and customer needs, followed by presenting this information to internal departments of the company to prepare an appropriate offer or response to the inquiry
  • Reviews quotation assumptions and makes final decisions on commercial conditions including additional services
  • Discusses value engineering potentials internally and promotes them to customers

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in a manufacturing company
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales to Private Label and/or midsized customers
  • Solid sales track record in Consumer Products, Cosmetics, and/or Packaging industry
  • Proven track record in increasing business within the region with a clear focus on international business development and key account management
  • Proactive in finding market opportunities
  • Result orientation and self-organized
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work on targets, ability to build long-term relationships
  • Willingness to undertake business trips
  • Visiting the office in Łódź twice a month is required
