Position: M&A Specialist
Location: Szczecin
For our client, an international company from the energy industry, we are looking for a person for the position of M&A Specialist. You will be responsible for large, interesting projects and participate in the development of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing merger and acquisition (M&A) processes.
- Conducting comprehensive market and business analyses in the context of company development.
- Analyzing and evaluating financial models and investment risks.
- Identifying new investment opportunities.
- Monitoring of current investments, including identification of problem areas
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions within the energy sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the energy market and current industry trends.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial models.
- Higher education in finance, economics, or related fields.
