Mid/Sen Order Management Specialist with German
For our client - an international company, we are looking for experienced specialists in Order Management/Customer Service processes with German to continue their career in a rapidly growing international organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/ accounts
- Order handling, documentation, and invoicing, managing shipping documents as well as providing solutions to operational problems related to the order delivery chain
- Handling customer orders in SAP from inquiry to delivery and invoicing
- Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
- Processing customer returns/complaints
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Maintaining customer master data, customer profiles, and other customer information
- Taking care of maintaining positive relations with customers
Requirements:
- Professional experience in the field of order management/customer support /sales /logistics / supply chain/ collection would be a plus
- Knowledge of English - B2 and German at C1 level
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Multitasking, out of box thinker with a positive attitude, active listening skills
