Main responsibilities:

  • Assist teams in developing, calibrating, and monitoring IRB and IFRS 9 models for Wholesale Banking portfolios;
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure team members acquire necessary competencies and skills;
  • Evaluate the complexity of requests and strategize yearly activities accordingly;
  • Strategize, mentor, evaluate, and professionalize your team members;
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure team members acquire necessary competencies and skills;
  • Establish benchmarks for fostering innovation and preserving expertise in the field;
  • Ensure the team's outputs maintain the highest quality and are free from conceptual errors;
  • Recruit and integrate new talents into the team;
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education in econometrics/quantitative finance/quantitative methods/mathematics/statistics/physics;
  • Min. 6 years of experience with credit risk management and/or modelling and at least 3 years in managerial position;
  • Knowledge of hbuilding, updating, monitoring and maintaining IRB and IFRS9; 
  • Understanding of key regulations in the area of credit risk model development and monitoring,
  • Knowledge of statistical modelling and econometric methods,
  • Fluent English and Polish;
  • Team player with people-oriented focus.
