Portfolio & Project Manager

Duties:

·       Portfolio Management: Oversee the Source to Pay project portfolio, encompassing projects related to process enhancement, intelligent automation, digital transformation, and reporting. Ensure these projects are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and business objectives.

·       Project Evaluation: Assess and rank projects based on factors like strategic relevance, availability of resources, and expected impact. Ensure alignment with stakeholder priorities.

·       Resource Distribution and Defined Roles/Responsibilities: Ensure optimal distribution of resources across various projects to maximize the efficient use of personnel, budget, and time. Clearly define and document roles and responsibilities to facilitate project success.

·       Project and Portfolio Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of projects and the overall portfolio to ensure they remain on schedule, within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.

·       Project Strategy: Create detailed project strategies, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, to effectively guide project execution.

·       Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they align with business objectives.

·       Financial and Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets and savings/value, track progress against the planned timeline, and ensure projects are completed within the approved parameters.

·       Risk and Issue Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and address risks/issues throughout the project portfolio to minimize impact. Escalate critical risks/issues for resolution when necessary.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust communication with stakeholders, offering regular updates on portfolio performance, project progress, and significant issues.

·       Ongoing Enhancement: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously refine processes and outcomes. Apply best practices and continuous improvement methods to boost project portfolio management efficiency.

·       Team Development: Inspire, lead, and mentor project managers and team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline (Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is a plus).

·       At least 5 years of experience in project management, primarily involving the implementation of digital and system capabilities using a system implementation methodology (preferably agile).

·       Over 3 years of experience in managing project portfolios.

·       Preferably, over 2 years of experience managing Source to Pay projects or portfolios.

·       Demonstrated success in managing large and complex project portfolios.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in English.
