We are looking for an experienced Principal / Lead Pricing Expert to join the regional commercial team of a global healthcare technology organization. This role focuses on shaping pricing strategies for an innovative cardiovascular product portfolio across multiple markets in the EurAsia region.
You will play a key role in connecting marketing, finance and commercial teams, ensuring that pricing strategies support both market growth and long-term profitability. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international, matrix environment and contribute to strategic business decisions across several countries.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic pricing frameworks for the cardiovascular portfolio across the sub-region.

Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and commercial teams on pricing strategy, value-based segmentation and go-to-market models.

Define pricing approaches for new product launches, translating market insights, competitive dynamics and value drivers into clear pricing recommendations.

Build and run financial models and scenario simulations to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, margin and market share.

Support the integration of pricing strategy into business planning cycles and portfolio lifecycle management.

Own pricing inputs into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including average selling price planning across product portfolios.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent pricing governance and best practices across markets.

Work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and Shared Services.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or revenue strategy.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex datasets.

Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
