We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Assurance and Technology Manager to lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives within one of the key manufacturing departments. In this role, you will oversee quality systems, manage a team of engineers and technicians, and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and regularly updating the control plan based on defect analysis, process insights, and problem-solving outcomes.

  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards in production by managing audit plans, conducting audits of control plans, and verifying standardized work procedures.

  • Conducting root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and prevent recurring quality issues.

  • Keeping inspection plans, work instructions, and acceptance criteria up to date to maintain process and product quality.

  • Driving continuous improvement by applying the 8D methodology and Lean manufacturing principles.

  • Managing and maintaining process and product parameter records to ensure full traceability.

  • Developing procedures for the introduction of new products and overseeing technology transfer processes in line with company guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A technical degree (preferably in engineering, materials science, or a related field)

  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical or production environment, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management tools and statistical process control.

  • Practical experience with ISO 9001 and at least basic familiarity with ISO 14001.

  • Understanding of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Standardization).

  • Proficiency in 8D problem-solving methodology.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.

  • Proven team leadership and people management skills.
