About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with experience in Node.js, JavaScript and React JS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and should possess strong English language skills. Experience in Analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js JavaScript and React JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain best practices in software development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the development process.
- Ensure that all development work follows established guidelines and meets the company's standards.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate data-driven features into applications.
Requirements:
- Must have strong experience in Node.js JavaScript and React JS.
- Should have a proven track record of developing high-quality web applications.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Should have experience in working in a hybrid work model.
- Must have strong communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
- Nice to have experience in the Analytics domain.
- Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Should have experience with version control systems like Git.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
