About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in PySpark and Python3. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing applications. Experience in FLEXCUBE-Wholesale Banking is a plus. Strong English language skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize high-quality applications using PySpark and Python3.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain best practices in software development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong experience in PySpark and Python3.
- Have a good understanding of FLEXCUBE-Wholesale Banking is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle.
- Be able to work in a hybrid model.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Have experience with code versioning tools.
- Possess strong analytical and debugging skills.
