Senior Sales Manager - PV Installations (B2B)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong technical background to lead our B2B sales efforts for PV installations. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of sales, technical, and operational skills, enabling them to effectively engage with business clients, understand their energy needs, and deliver tailored PV solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for PV installations, targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Identify and prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to clients on PV system design, feasibility, benefits, and ROI. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized proposals that align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools. Track and report on sales metrics, forecasting, and performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution. Provide input on project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Secure contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on PV installations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PV systems, including design, installation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
