Wind/BESS Technical Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Position: Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise during the Environmental Decision application, Zoning Decision application, and Master Plan application processes.
- Supervising and ensuring the inclusion of all necessary technical solutions in final documents, and actively participating in the entire application process.
- Managing building design aspects, including amendments/replacements, securing necessary approvals, preparing designs, and overseeing external parties responsible for building design.
- Acting as a contact point for our development partner, addressing technical issues related to various development phases such as Environmental Decisions, Zoning Decisions, and building permits.
- Identifying and implementing creative design solutions to overcome challenges.
- Optimizing plant design for efficiency and effectiveness..
- Conducting site visits during the development stage to ensure project alignment with objectives.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the wind and BESS sector.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing external designers responsible for building design.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient understanding of wind site design principles.
- Proven ability to deliver projects efficiently and within established timelines.
- AutoCAD and GIS knowledge
- Cat. B driving license
