The International Tax Division Ensures the VAT compliance for main company and Affiliates across the wider European region and is responsible for the overall VAT management.
Your responsibilities:
- performing a first line review of allocated VAT reporting for different EU Member States
- external VAT audits in different European countries
- follow-up and reporting to ITD management on VAT compliance issues
- coordinating, consolidating and submiting statistical/intrastat returns in Europe
- close collaboration with other accounting teams members
VAT Specialist requirements:
- Graduate or currently studying and/or university degree in Economics, Tax or Law
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in VAT
- Proven strong analytical skills
- Advance knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint – knowledge of Oracle R12 is an asset
- Proficiency in English is required (min B2 level)
