Technical Specialist for Mobile Devices 

 

Location: Cracow/Warsaw (6 days in a month in the office)

Your career opportunity We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team responsible for dedicated support and maintenance of mobile solutions for employees working in Company Germany branch of the bank. We are a global function of over 2,500 people and we are part of the wider CTO organisation. Your role is to be an engineer responsible for maintenance mobile infrastructure, implementing global solutions and improving mobile experience.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Administration and operation of the IT Mobile Device Management System – BlackBerry UEM
  • Continuous development of the IT Mobile Device Management System.
  • Central contact for all specialist departments on questions in the MDM (L1, L2, L3, individual executive support).
  • Evaluation of the use of new technologies.
  • Creation of documentation, guides, training material and management of employee training and online presentations.
  • Perform other tasks required to ensure that mobile infrastructure is working properly.

 

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

  • Several years of experience as a mobile systems administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of BlackBerry and related mobile technologies (ABM, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Intune).
  • In-depth knowledge of the integration of Microsoft products.
  • Proficiency in English. We are a diverse company. Ability to communicate on a business level
