Customer Servise with German

Key responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with German-speaking customers and internal operational teams.
- Processing customer inquiries in the form of incoming calls and emails.
- Providing detailed answers to customer inquiries, advising them and informing them about the actions necessary to fulfill their inquiries.
- Determining the validity of complaint inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to cope with stress and adapt work style to the number of inquiries received.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to develop your skills and shape your work organization.
