Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals and the manufacturing industry.
- Managing the HR team (recruitment, HRBP, HR specialists, payroll) and overseeing internal projects.
- Optimizing HR processes and tools to support personnel policy.
- Supervising the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
- Developing career paths and competency development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners and representing HR externally.
- Managing cultural differences, aligning local HR with global strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working with senior management and various business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, social security, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- English at B2+ level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven approach.
