IT Business Solutions Specialist (SAP MA)

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Solutions Specialist (SAP MA) to join our EUR Regional F&L IT team, stationed in Warsaw. Under the leadership of the EUR Regional F&L Management Accounting Lead, you will be instrumental in executing Nestle's global IT strategy on a regional level. Your responsibilities will include delivering specialized support to European markets for product sustainment, deployment, retirement, and leverage/improvement projects.

You will communicate with various internal and external stakeholders of IT processes and initiatives, including business FRMs, business representatives, and internal and off-shore IT teams. You will also lead end-to-end delivery of complete or partial initiatives when required, providing technical and functional consulting support to individual markets and off-shore IT teams. Additionally, you will support escalations of IT technical incidents and contribute directly to the resolution of critical incidents, while building and maintaining internal best practices.

Requirements:

• Overall good functional and technical knowledge of SAP Management Accounting modules, primarily in Product Cost Planning/Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis (Costing Based), Process Integration, and Period End Closing.
• Strong understanding of Management Accounting planning and reporting business processes from a user and department perspective, with the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Understanding of SAP functionalities and business requirements related to Manufacturing and Distribution costing processes, including Material Ledger.
• Experience in Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis), Period End Closing optimization and automation, Central Finance is a plus.
• Practical experience in working directly with Management Accounting business partners.
• 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling related master data.
• Analytical skills and an eagerness to deep-dive into IT systems and solutions.
• Self-organized with effective proactive communication across different functions and levels, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP BW, AFO, Power BI.
• Understanding of project management methodology, especially agile methodology.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel based on prioritization.
• Good English language skills.
• Interest in new digital technologies.
