Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Department: Digital Marketing 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design exceptional website and mobile application experiences.
  • Develop user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI), including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design improvements.
  • Create and refine UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve features using analytics tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
  • Design landing pages, campaign pages, and display ads that drive user engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve our design systems, templates, and guidelines.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) and agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing professional UX/UI design projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services or asset management (preferred).
