For Our main partner, automotive company we are searching for candidates for the position of NPI Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for a team of NPI – a department for implementing new products, production lines for serial production
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams at the plant as well as close collaboration with supporting departments and Program Management in central structures and with the client
  • Leading project launches according to the PMI philosophy
  • Organizing and coordinating events related to new launches, such as Launch Readiness Review, Run@Rate;
  • Planning and implementing all tasks aimed at preparing the plant for serial production;
  • Analysis and costing of plant costs for new RFQs
  • Planning and implementation of the new launches budget;
  • Reporting the status of new launches to Top Management of the organization
  • Managing the process of introducing changes in product and process in the factory area;
  • Standardizing processes and documents related to new launches as well as the process of introducing changes.

  • Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication in speech and writing;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a position related to production or engineering, including at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
