Order Management Specialist with Languages

For our client - a leading production company from the industries sector, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Italian/Portuguese/German/French/Spanish, who will be responsible for order management cooperation with company's business clients

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/accounts

• Order handling, documentation, and invoicing, managing shipping documents as well as providing solutions to operational problems related to the order delivery chain

• Handling customer orders in SAP from inquiry to delivery and invoicing

• Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary

• Processing customer returns/complaints

• Close cooperation with other departments

• Taking care of maintaining positive relations with customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field of order management/customer support /sales / logistics / supply chain / collection would be an asset

• At least B2 level of Italian/Portuguese/German/French/Spanish and English languages

• Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset

• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks 

• Multitasking, out of box thinker with a positive attitude, active listening skills

• Highly developed interpersonal skills
