Customer Service Specialist with German (100% remotely)
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to business trips via phone and email.
- Provide advice on planning business trips.
- Book flights, train tickets, rental cars, and accommodations for clients.
- Assist clients in completing necessary travel documentation, such as visas.
- Offer support to clients during their travels, including making changes to bookings and providing assistance in crisis situations.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service.
- You are fluent in German and can communicate in English.
- Have good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Have an organized, independent and proactive approach.
