Responsibilities:
- leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Specialists
- monitoring team performance and motivating team members
- taking care and acting a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality customer experience
- building and maintaining good business relationships with customers (B2B) and internal departments representatives
- overseeing order processing in the SAP system
- resolving customers' complaints, handling escalations
Requirements:
- University degree or proven track record in customer-centric work (min. 2 years in people management)
- Fluency in English and one additional language: Dutch, German or French
- experience in manufacturing environment will be an asset
- knowledge of SAP preferably
- ability to solve ad-hoc problems and excellent communication skills
- customer orientation and strong analytical skills
