E - Learning and Development Expert / Designer - remote 

On this position, you’ll be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and effective learning content that helps employees improve their skills and performance. You’ll work closely with program managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to turn complex ideas into easy-to-understand training materials that meet project goals and audience needs.


What You’ll Do

  • Work with the team to understand training needs and create learning goals.

  • Design and build digital learning content that’s clear, engaging, and impactful.

  • Turn complex topics into simple, easy-to-follow training.

  • Collaborate with program managers, SMEs, and other designers to ensure content is accurate and aligned with project objectives.

  • Create and update learning materials like:

    • Videos and scripts

    • Voiceover/narration tracks

    • Storyboards

    • Quizzes and assessments

    • Course outlines and plans

  • Use the ADDIE model (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to guide your work.

  • Design instructor-led training materials, such as:

    • Presentation slides

    • Instructor notes

    • Group activities

    • Assessments

Requirements:

  • Experience in instructional design – You’ve created e-learning or training materials before and understand how people learn best.

  • Strong writing and communication skills – You can explain complex ideas in a clear and simple way.

  • Good collaboration skills – You’re comfortable working with different teams, like subject matter experts, project managers, and other designers.

  • Attention to detail – You make sure content is accurate, well-structured, and error-free.

  • Familiarity with e-learning tools – You’ve used tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

  • Understanding of learning design models – You know and can apply frameworks like ADDIE (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).

  • Organizational skills – You can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
