Project Overview

This critical project involves a tier-0 system, connecting financial platforms with ERP and other client systems. It’s designed to simplify complex operations, like processing payments for thousands of employees with just a few clicks. System uptime and reliability are paramount – issues must be resolved immediately, ensuring smooth transactions for some of the largest financial operations worldwide.

 

 


Team Roles & Rates

 

2x Release/Platform Engineers

    • Expertise: Release Management, CI/CD
    • Rate: Up to 200 PLN/hour
    • SFIA Skills:
      • Release and Deployment (RELM): Level 4
      • Configuration Management (CFMG): Level 4
      • Platform Infrastructure Management (HSIN): Level 4
      • Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CNSL): Level 4
    • Focus: Manage platform-specific releases and configurations, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and oversee deployments.

 

 

2x Senior Platform Engineers

    • Expertise: Camunda, Drools, or Kafka
    • Rate: Up to 230 PLN/hour
    • SFIA Skills:
      • Programming/Software Development (PROG): Level 5
      • Specialist Platform Expertise (Camunda/Drools/Kafka) (TECH): Level 5
      • Systems Integration (SINT): Level 5
      • Software Design (SWDN): Level 5
    • Focus: Provide technical leadership, ensure platform best practices, design innovative solutions, and mentor team members.

 

 

1x Test Engineer

    • Expertise: Testing, Automation
    • Rate: Up to 180 PLN/hour
    • SFIA Skills:
      • Testing (TEST): Level 4
      • Quality Assurance (QUAS): Level 4
      • Automation (AUTM): Level 4
      • Specialist Testing for Platform (TECH): Level 4
    • Focus: Develop and automate test plans, ensure platform reliability, and verify performance.

 

 

3x Platform Engineers

    • Expertise: Development, Integration
    • Rate: Up to 200 PLN/hour
    • SFIA Skills:
      • Programming/Software Development (PROG): Level 4
      • Platform-Specific Development (Camunda/Drools/Kafka) (TECH): Level 4
      • Systems Integration (SINT): Level 4
    • Focus: Handle platform development, integrate new features, and optimize platform performance under senior guidance.
