Seeburger Specialist

We are looking for a Seeburger Specialist for our Client – a dynamic and global team responsible for providing production support for key IT systems. If you're seeking new challenges in the technology field and want to advance your career in an international environment, we encourage you to apply!

Your responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving issues and incidents related to supported services.
• Collaborating with various Business and IT teams.
• Providing on-call support when required.
• Conducting root-cause analysis.
• Working as part of a global team in alignment with SLA and ITIL-defined procedures.
• Effectively delivering services in collaboration with internal and external teams.

Technical requirements:

• Proficiency in BIS (Seeburger), Java, IBM SFG (Sterling Integrator).
• Experience in Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or similar.
• Knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Awareness of logging and monitoring tools.

What we expect:

• Proven experience as a Production Technical Support Engineer.
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management procedures.
• Ability to work in global, multi-location teams.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with banking transaction systems or the banking domain (preferred).
• ITIL Accreditation is an additional asset.
