Key responsibilities:
- Providing front-line support to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Answering client inquiries about products and platforms.
- Handling telephone trade executions after relevant training.
- Resolving disputes and offering technical support for platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (min. C1) & French (min. C1)
- Microsoft Office package knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service
