Responsibilities:
- providing excellent support to Clients from Portuguese or Spanish-speaking market in fintech industry
- resolving issues in a timely manner and in-line with company's procedures and standards
- guiding customers and handling complaints by phone and e-mail
- monitoring financial markets situation and updates
- administrative tasks in CRM
Your profile:
- high proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish language (min. C1)
- previous experience in customer service will be a plus
- strong interpersonal skills with focus on solving problems
- interest in financial markets or strong willingness to develop in fintech company
