German-speaking Accountant | New SSC in Wrocław

Are you an experienced accounting professional with German language skills looking for a new career opportunity?

We are currently supporting the development of a new Shared Services Center in Wrocław and are looking for German-speaking professionals to join its growing Finance & Accounting team.

We are recruiting for several accounting areas:

• OTC / Accounts Receivable
• PTP / Accounts Payable
• RTR / General Ledger

Your responsibilities may include:

Depending on your experience and area of expertise, you may be responsible for:

• processing accounting transactions within OTC, PTP or RTR,
• handling invoices, payments, reconciliations and accounting documentation,
• supporting month-end and year-end closing activities,
• monitoring and resolving accounting discrepancies,
• cooperating with internal stakeholders and international teams,
• ensuring accuracy and quality of financial data,
• supporting process improvements and knowledge transfer within the new SSC.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance or shared services, ideally within OTC/AR, PTP/AP or RTR/GL,
• Very good command of German,
• Good command of English,
• Good understanding of accounting processes,
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach,
• Motivation to join a newly established organization and contribute to building its processes.
