Order Management Specialist with German

 

We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist with German to join a global Supply Chain Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accurate order execution, inventory alignment, and timely resolution of customer and operational queries. You will play a key role in maintaining service levels, data accuracy, and seamless order flow across the supply chain.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to develop within a structured supply chain environment and gain exposure to international operations.

 
Responsibilities:

• Manage transactional order processing activities, including order entry, validation, and amendments
• Perform stock allocation and availability checks, including reservations and substitutions
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment in line with operational procedures
• Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries through case management tools
• Process claims, returns, and penalties, ensuring accurate data collection and validation
• Support issue resolution and escalation management within defined workflows
• Maintain high data quality and compliance with supply chain processes

Qualifications:

• University degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain roles
• Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level)
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
