Project Coordinator Data Center

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join  Data Centre team in Katowice. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the construction phase of a Data Centre project, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule and key project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Data Centre construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall progress.
• Coordinate activities between the client, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Track project deliverables and identify potential risks or delays.
• Support project planning and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Organise and participate in coordination meetings, preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and escalate issues where necessary.
• Assist with project reporting, including progress updates and KPI tracking.
• Support commissioning and handover activities where required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating the construction of Data Centre projects or other complex mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
• Experience working with project scheduling tools .
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
