One of Antal’s areas of very dynamic growth is its outsourcing service. We already employ nearly 400 contractors performing services for Antal’s clients. Our goal for the coming years is to continue dynamic growth in this area.

The Antal SSC/BPO division is a team of consultants specialising in recruitment projects for shared service centre structures and outsourcing centres. Their broad specialisation allows them to run processes in the areas of accounting and finance, banking, HR, customer service, logistics and purchasing.

The Antal Operations & Engineering team across Poland carries out recruitment projects for the automotive, packaging, electronics, FMCG, chemical, logistics, construction, real estate and energy industries – with a particular focus on renewable energy.

Antal Sales & Marketing is a team of professionals responsible for recruiting in the areas of sales, marketing and operations. A team of consultants is responsible for recruitment processes for the following industries: FMCG, Retail, TSL, Agriculture, Technical, Media or Business Development.

The Finance & Administration department handles financial management and administrative services. It is responsible for monitoring the budget, keeping accounts, controlling expenses, handling payroll, tax settlements and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. It oversees the company’s office infrastructure and administrative processes.

We offer our clients solutions in the following areas: employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, social media handling and market research activities, including the creation of reports presenting trends in the labour market, salary reports, as well as employee satisfaction surveys.

The HR department covers a wide range of activities related to both human resources management and the HR and payroll area. It is responsible for the recruitment, selection and integration of employees, the development of their competencies and the creation of personnel policies taking into account the organisational culture.
