Application & Customer Support Engineer
- Set up and maintain an effective work environment for development and testing activities in the field.
- Analyze operator requirements, technical documentation, and test specifications to ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Define, develop, implement, and coordinate innovative testing solutions, including tools, data streams, and other required equipment.
- Plan and perform selected system validation activities related to field issues, product improvements, and innovation initiatives.
- Document and report product issues and quality concerns, ensuring proper reproducibility through detailed records, logs, dumps, test conditions, and supporting materials.
- Collaborate closely with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders, maintaining active communication and alignment throughout the validation and issue-resolution process.
