Finance Transition Manager – AP / AR / GL

Are you an experienced Transition Manager with a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes?

We are looking for a Finance Transition Manager who will be responsible for leading and coordinating the transition of financial processes within an international business environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end finance process transitions across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL)
• Planning and coordinating transition activities, milestones and deliverables
• Managing knowledge transfer and ensuring operational readiness
• Cooperating closely with Finance teams, business stakeholders and international counterparts
• Identifying transition risks, dependencies and potential process gaps
• Monitoring transition progress and ensuring successful handover to operational teams
• Supporting process standardization and improvement initiatives
• Coordinating multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions
• Ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the transition lifecycle

What we are looking for:

• Previous professional experience as a Transition Manager is a must
• Hands-on experience in transitioning Finance & Accounting processes
• Very good understanding of at least one of the following areas: AP, AR or GL, ideally with broader exposure across finance processes
• Experience in working within an international SSC / GBS / BPO environment will be a strong advantage
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional activities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Any additional European language will be considered a strong asset
