FP&A Manager – Global Role
Key responsibilities

Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful management reporting, highlighting performance trends, risks and opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring financial insights support strategic priorities and business goals.

Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end forecasting process, driving accuracy, efficiency and scalability.

Prepare executive‑level presentations, translating complex data into clear, compelling insights.

Analyze results, forecasts and variances to identify key performance drivers and provide forward‑looking recommendations.

Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes using modern tools and best practices.

Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on assumptions, reporting standards and business objectives.
Profile
-
5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a strong track record of improving processes and implementing best practices.

Strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); experience with machine learning is an advantage.

Full professional proficiency in English.

Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, cross‑functional environment.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
