GL Accountant with German

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end General Ledger accounting within an SSC environment
Month-end close activities and reconciliations
Accruals and prepayments management
Provisions and reserves accounting
Fixed assets accounting (capitalization, depreciation, disposals)
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and finance teams in Germany
Adherence to internal controls and accounting policies

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in GL/RTR.
Strong accounting knowledge: accruals, provisions, fixed assets, intercompany.
Experience in process transitions, migrations or finance function integration is a strong advantage
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a bonus.
Fluent in English and good German (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and a good team player.
