OTC / AR / Customer Service Specialist with German | New SSC in Łódź
We are building a team for a new Shared Services Center in Łódź and are looking for German-speaking specialists interested in developing their careers in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Collections and Customer Finance Operations.
We are open to different backgrounds, including:
- Accounts Receivable / OTC,
- Collections,
- Customer Service,
- Order Management,
- Finance Operations.
What we are looking for:
- German B2/C1,
- good English,
- experience in an international business environment,
- customer-oriented approach,
- strong communication and problem-solving skills,
- SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
Depending on your background, you may be responsible for customer queries, invoices and payments, outstanding receivables, collections, disputes and reporting.
