Senior Financial Risk Specialist (Global Supply Chain)

For our client—a global manufacturing and technology leader—I am looking for an experienced professional to join their international Financial Risk Management team.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background. This is a highly interactive business role where you will act as a key contact point for global suppliers and external partners.

📍 Location: Wrocław (Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 from home)

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Hands-on Financial Analysis: Evaluating the financial health of key suppliers based on financial statements, market data, and reports from external rating providers.

• Data Management: A critical part of your daily routine will involve working heavily with credit insurance data.

• Active Business Communication: Regularly contacting suppliers to gather and verify information, and reaching out to insolvency administrators or boards of creditors during critical situations.

• Global Collaboration: Joining a distributed, 6-person global team as an independent expert (individual contributor role).

You are a perfect match if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in financial risk assessment. Ideally in Supplier Risk, but experts in Customer/Sales Financial Risk will also transition smoothly into this role!

• You know how to read and interpret balance sheets (manufacturing industry background is a plus, but we are very open to candidates from SSC/BPO!).

• You speak fluent English (mandatory due to the global scope of the role).

• You are highly proactive—you know how to pick up the phone and confidently clarify market complexities with external partners.
