Supply Chain Planning Specialist with Turkish
Our Client is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist with Turkish and English to join an international Supply Chain team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. You’ll work closely with Customers, Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics and 3PL partners, making sure products are available and deliveries are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer sales, stock levels and product availability.
- Support order planning based on stock and customer needs.
- Manage customer orders, changes and order fulfilment in the system.
- Check product availability, quantities, pricing and credit status.
- Coordinate deliveries with Logistics, Supply Planning and 3PL partners.
- Monitor orders and proactively communicate potential out-of-stock or delivery issues.
- Support returns and resolve customer-related issues.
- Analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to find effective solutions for customer and supply chain requirements.
- Support and coach other team members when needed.
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics or a similar role.
- Fluent Turkish and good English.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Very good Excel and MS Office skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
