We are pleased to present the fifteenth edition of Antal’s “Salary Report,” in which we analyze the salaries offered to specialists and managers in the Polish labor market. The data included in the report is based on information gathered during recruitment processes conducted in the second half of 2025 and the first half of 2026 by Antal consultants. The analysis is supplemented by information from discussions and interviews with employers and industry experts.

In 2026, the Polish labor market is in a phase of selective growth. The period of dynamic and widespread wage increases is giving way to greater variation across industries, specializations, and job levels. Skills related to technological transformation, automation, data analysis, and change management are becoming the most valuable, while in many more mature market sectors, we are seeing wage stabilization and greater caution in hiring.

Market expectations are also changing for both employers and employees. Employers are increasingly looking not only for technical skills but also for flexibility, independence, and the ability to collaborate across business units. Candidates, on the other hand, are paying closer attention to organizational stability, work culture, management quality, and development opportunities. As a result, compensation remains an important factor, but it is increasingly rarely the sole determinant of a job offer’s attractiveness or the decision to remain in one’s current position.

In this report, you will find detailed data on average minimum and maximum salary levels for various positions in key industries in Poland. We also present the most important trends shaping the current job market in specific sectors, as well as their significance for employers and candidates. We believe this report will serve as a valuable source of information to help you make informed business decisions, particularly regarding compensation policies and recruitment planning.

I sincerely invite you to read it,

Artur Skiba
