Summary of 2024 and 2025 in the Antal ESG Report

In the newly published ESG Report for 2024 and 2025, we summarized the most important developments in our activities in the areas of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and environmental protection (ESG). This is Antal's second ESG Report, prepared in accordance with the international Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting standard. The purpose of the Report is to present our approach to conducting business and to demonstrate a strategic outlook for the future.

Through dialogue with our stakeholders, we developed a list of material topics, which became the basis for the Report and the ESG Strategy. The Report covers the issues that are most significant - both those that have the greatest impact on our company and those on which we have the greatest impact.

We are pleased to present the Antal ESG Report, covering 2024 and 2025. This document outlines our approach to environmental, social, and governance matters, and shows how ESG values are an integral part of our operations.

The past two years have been a period of intensive growth and confirmation that our company operates on solid strategic foundations. We achieved our key annual objectives and made progress across all areas of our Growth strategy. We are proud to see how our efforts translate into tangible results, both in business and social terms.

2026 marks a special moment for us - the first stage of our new CORE business strategy. We are fully committed to achieving all of our stated goals, and we believe that the launch of our new strategy will become a strong platform for further growth and for building lasting value for our stakeholders.
