Barbara Ciesielska

PR and Public Affairs professional with experience in leading communication and promotional initiatives in a multicultural environment. Her expertise covers building long-term relationships with stakeholders and implementing effective external communication strategies - both on social media and in traditional media. Before joining Antal in 2025, she gained professional experience in the chemical industry, where she was responsible for communication activities related to the promotion of sustainable, recycled products, as well as in the IT sector. Since 2018, she has collaborated with international teams, advising them at all stages of communication processes - from strategy planning, through implementation and brand building, to evaluation. She is a scholarship holder of the Lesław Paga Foundation, affiliated with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as part of a program supporting promising female entrepreneurs. She holds two, law and management, degrees.
