Antal Poland enjoys double success at Follow the Leaders 2025

This year's edition of Follow the Leaders was an exceptional event for Antal Poland — both because of our participation as an Event Partner at one of the most important business conferences in Poland, and because of the prestigious distinctions we brought back from the official gala closing the gathering of business leaders.

Follow the Leaders is a proprietary project run by Pro Progressio that has, for years, brought together representatives of the business world, modern services, the public sector, and experts from a wide range of industries and international markets.

The two-day event functions as a comprehensive platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience. It encompasses a variety of activities — from industry conferences and workshops to meetings for managerial and C-level staff, networking sessions, economic presentations, and a business gala. This initiative attracts several hundred participants each year and creates a space for discussions about the directions of business development, the labor market, and the transformation of organizations in Europe and around the world.

Antal Poland Experts Among the Speakers

During this year's edition of Follow the Leaders, Antal Poland's experts shared their knowledge and experience through presentations and panel discussions.

Fabian Pietras, Business Unit Director at Antal IT Services, delivered a presentation titled "FDI Business Development Strategy," in which he presented an analysis of the relationships between human capital, infrastructure, and strategic regional development plans looking ahead to 2026.

Sebastian Sala, Business Unit Director at Antal SSC/BPO, participated as a panelist in the discussion "Returns to the Office and Career Paths — What Attracts and Retains Talent Today?", during which experts analyzed the evolving expectations of candidates, the challenges of the labor market, and strategies for building employee engagement within organizations.

Two Prestigious PRO Tiger Awards for Antal Poland

The highlight of the event was the formal business gala, at which Antal Poland received two prestigious PRO Tiger awards:

• Best Recruitment Company — Antal Poland
• Manager of the Year — Sebastian Sala

These are exceptional distinctions that confirm Antal's strong position in the recruitment market and recognize the quality of the services provided, the partnership-oriented approach to clients, and the consistently developed organizational culture.

The award for Sebastian Sala is at the same time an acknowledgment of his modern management style, his ability to build engaged teams, and his effectiveness in aligning business goals with people's development.

We would like to sincerely thank the organizers at Pro Progressio for creating an outstanding space for dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and meetings with business leaders from Poland and abroad. We are delighted that, as an Event Partner, we were able to co-create this initiative and actively participate in a community that sets the direction for the development of contemporary business.

It is also worth highlighting that in May we were honored with prestigious awards granted by the Institute of European Business. Antal was recognized with the titles: Diamond of the Polish Economy, Great Modernizer, and Business Gepard 2025.

The awards were presented as part of the 20th edition of the Business Gepards Competition, the 18th edition of the Diamonds of the Polish Economy Competition, and the 14th edition of the Great Modernizer Competition, based on financial data sourced from the National Court Register.
