Lecture on ‘Key Indicators of Successful RPO Cooperation’ in Budapest

We ended May in the Hungarian capital, where we took part as a partner in the two-day recruiTECH CEE & HRTECH CEE conference, one of the most important international events dedicated to recruitment, talent acquisition and modern HR technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. This year, we had the opportunity to be a partner at the event.  

For years, the conference has brought together leaders from the HR and Talent Acquisition sectors, recruiters, employer branding experts and learning & development specialists from across the region. It is a unique space for discovering the latest trends and innovative recruitment tools, as well as for exchanging experiences between organisations that face the challenges of the modern labour market on a daily basis. 

One of the highlights of the programme was the presentation “Key Indicators of Successful RPO Cooperation”, during which Artur Skiba, CEO of Antal Poland, together with Agata Komender, Head of HR at BNP Paribas SA, presented a case study on the strategic cooperation between the two organisations under the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. 

The speakers outlined four key indicators underpinning a successful RPO partnership – from leveraging market knowledge and designing an appropriate recruitment strategy, through effective operational delivery and efficient collaboration management, to achieving measurable business results. The presentation demonstrated that a well-designed RPO model can be much more than just recruitment support; it becomes a tool that supports the organisation’s development, increasing its flexibility and ability to respond to changing business needs. 

This year’s edition of recruiTECH CEE & HRTECH CEE provided an excellent opportunity for inspiring conversations, sharing experiences and discussing the future of technology, talent and the labour market. We returned from Budapest with renewed energy, valuable insights and inspiration that we will certainly put to good use in our future projects.
